Mid-March in the Mid-Atlantic saw a frosty blanket of snow where once there was an emerging blanket of green. The flock of robins returning here are having second thoughts about the timing of their homecoming. The hard crust of snow is keeping the worm from the early bird! Fortunately the bird feeder hanging in the tree outside is full of seed. All this white is not going to keep us from the wearing of the green. Irish whisky to keep the cold away and beer to complement the corned beef and cabbage. Acoustic guitars and toe tapping music make the merriment complete! Let the celebration begin and keep it going throughout the musical month of March.
